1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrimePrep (the “Service”), operated at primeprep.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to these terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

PrimePrep provides a free SAT vocabulary learning platform with adaptive flashcards, spaced repetition, and quiz modes. We also offer a math fluency platform (currently in early access) with structured curriculum from counting to calculus. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

3. Accounts

Parent accounts require a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Student accounts are created by parents and accessed via link codes. Parents are responsible for their children's use of the Service.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without written permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or abuse promotions

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including curriculum, problem templates, explanations, graphics, and software — is owned by PrimePrep or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Free Services & Pricing

SAT Vocabulary is provided free of charge with no credit card required. For paid services (such as the math fluency platform), pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated before any purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific learning objectives. PrimePrep is a supplemental learning tool — it is not a substitute for formal education or professional tutoring.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimePrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or academic outcomes.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
